“The room had food stains on the sheets, like pieces of food stuck to it and I didn’t notice until 1am. I told the front desk and the lady told me luckily it wasn’t something else, which is funny but at the same time no help. There was hair on the towels, the bed was harder than a normal Hampton inn bed, and there was grime in the shower. Honestly, I don’t know where the 9.2 Stars in reviews come from and the 3.5 Hotel rating. I’ve worked for hotels and this is not the standard. Felt like a……

“My family had a bedroom suite during our trip! Everything was great, the room was clean and the staff was helpful. Also, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The only complaint that I have was the bed in the bedroom was small for two people. It was advertised as a king bed but it was not. It looked more a full bed than a king. Otherwise, my family and I had a wonderful stay at this property!”

“The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. ”
