「I was staying in town for work and the room I stayed in had loose tiles in the bathroom, the toilet was wobbly, the refrigerator made THE LOUDEST noise and I didn't see housekeeping 1 time so I had to ask the front for toiletries and fresh towels. Definitely will not stay here again. 」

「Room floor dirty, dusty and fridge was off which had an odor when opened. Three person stay but room only had 2 bath towels. We couldn’t get more until housekeeping came in at 10am. 」

Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed 」
