「This house was prettier and more special than the pictures display. What a gem! We came in for my son’s wedding- family of the groom and it was perfect for my extended family to hang out, including my 92 yr dad. We relaxed in between activities- it is extremely convenient to Louisville and any nearby stores for last minute needs for events. Each room and patio gave a feeling of zen, peace, beauty, a wonderful way to quietly start and end the day plus also entertain in with brunches and family...

「5 BR, 5 BA was awesome! House was very clean. The inside patio fireplace was not working but would have been nice to enjoy. Spacious house. Missing lightbulbs in light fixtures, not providing luggage racks, and nightstands in some bedrooms would have added to the amenities. 「This was a "Girl Cousin's Get Away". The house was perfect for us; we had two mother/daughters, and then 3 singles. With the 2 1/2 baths it worked great and the kitchen living room area was open and big enough for lounging and visiting around the table. Weather was a bit cool that weekend and our activity schedule didn't allow us to utilize the nice back yard. The location was perfect our the activities we chose (Churchill Downs, Bardstown, and Hermitage Farm). We didn't cook at the house,...

「Once in a lifetime experience. So grateful to everyone who had a role in renovating this historic property. The house is a treasure with elegant wraparound porches in authentic Kentucky style. The spacious well-furnished interior achieves modern day luxury while keeping its character. The home overlooks Harrod’s Creek and we saw deer from the window. Convenient to the excellent restaurants one minute away. We are already planning a return stay.」

「You could tell the renter went the extra mile, both financially and with design, to make the renter's stay comfortable, fun, and luxurious. We appteciated the quality bath linens and bedding, and the beds were so comfortable. The design made it feel inviting and high end. Communication with the renter reflected the large effort of this renter. She was timely and professional, and very reprogram to our family's needs. I highly recommend this property. You cannot beat the location or the effort...

「My sons and Nephews came to Louisville to do some bourbon tours and make a trip to Makers Mark to dip some Ambassador Bottles we have been waiting on for 6.5 years. This house was a perfect fit for our family trip. Very nice house that fit the 6 of us in a great location to come back to after a long day of touring and tasting. The kitchen was great for a family dinner we had one night in the house. 8 min from the Airport and downtown Louisville. 5 Star Trip!」

「In Louisville for work. Needed a place for a month and found this gem. Lovely neighborhood, easy street parking out front, very clean and a furnished kitchen where we cooked meals most every night. We came in the winter so we only got to see the koi thru the ice. That blew my mind, I didn’t know they could stay alive under ice. I’ll have to come back in warmer weather. You should too. 」
