lovely in some ways, but a few drawbacks!
The house and garden are very new and has some great facilities, and are very pretty. The area is great (close to the sea and to shops) and the neighbours were very friendly, and rarely noisy. On the downside... the actual location is still being developed, so there is no metalled road, and the view from the balcony is over the building sites next door (although to be fair, they weren't noisy), and there is a lot of mud. The electricity kept shorting out and there is no parking (except on one of the bits of waste ground used by the builders). We did have a few problems with check in - it would really help to have written directions because the location doesn't come up on google maps and a google maps location doesn't necessarily help (we asked for this more than once, and only got this verbally once we were completely lost), and it would be good to have a few details about the house, where things are, etc., as the host wasn't there. When we turned up, the wifi wasn't working but the host (with the help of a really lovely neighbour) managed to sort this out (there is no actual wired wifi, so they had bought a mobile data router and it needed updating before it could be used) and we were really grateful. If you want a stay in a lovely house, and are not too fussed about the immediate environment, I would recommend this, but there are some challenges. Once the area has fully developed, and been properly wired, it will be wonderful!
