“The apartment was clean and quiet, but the hair dryer did not work and I had to get batteries for the remote. I never saw the owners only communicated via email. The phone number provided in the email did not work. If you have any issues with stairs this is not the place for you. The stairs are very steep and do not have any hand rails. The elevator is temperamental as well. One small misstep and is will lock you in. ”

“Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. As it had been snowing we got dirty water on the floor. As no mats were provided we had to use a towel. Also,!no kitchen sponge or dish towels. Not major issues but caused annoyance. Beautiful apartment. ”

“Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine.”

“Pros: Das Haus ist wundervoll. Sehr schön und mit liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Es ist (bis auf Kornflakes-Schüsseln) wirklich alles vorhanden. Cons: Leider gibt's doch 2 Mankos, welche aber nicht zum ersten Mal angebracht werden. Zum einen sind da die Duschen ... Es ist unmöglich zu duschen ohne die Bäder zu fluten - da sollten ggf Duschtüren nachträglich angebracht werden. Das zweite Manko sind die Matratzen ... Buckenhart!!! Man liegt darauf wie auf einer mit Stoff……
