「The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it.」

「Firstly Anni is an excellent host. Great communications throughout with plenty of ideas and local information.... and more when you meet her! We had a couple of minor issues whilst staying there, but once again she was fantastic and sorted them out quickly! The Gite is what I would describe as typical for the area. Quite dark inside, but lots of character. Clean on arrival and had all we needed. Pool was well used by us, better on hot days.... bit nippy on moderate days! All in all a good...

「Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce chalet pour les 30 ans de ma compagne. Un équipement complet pour 21, piscine+jacuzzi, un accueil chaleureux de Monsieur Loiseau qui n’hésite pas à répondre en cas de problème. Vue au top, localisation proche de la ville et des remontées. Un bémol toutefois sur l'impression qui ressort de l'aspect extérieur général du chalet, ainsi que du nombre de toilettes/douches et leur disposition.」

「El lugar es precioso, todo muy limpio y las camas bastante cómodas. El personal muy atentos y amables. Por otro lado, me hubiera gustado saber qué eran tres plantas, no recuerdo haberlo leído, y el camino con las maletas era complicado para un viaje con siete niños. Pero, despertar con el sonido del río y ver la lluvia caer por la ventana desde mi cama no tiene precio. Creo que deberían añadir fotos, las de la página web no le hace justicia a la casita de ensueño!」

「Region magnifique, mais déçu par la maison, elle aurait besoin d'un bon coup de neuf ( niveau porte, et véranda qui ferme très mal entre autre) concernant la propreté, c'est limite, nous avons commencé par enlever toutes les toiles d'araignée. Il manque des alèses jetables pour les lits et les couvertures auraient besoin de passer a la machine etc...」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to South West France. Alan and Barbara are perfect hosts - warm, welcoming and thoughful- nothing was too much trouble and they anticipated and met our every need. The house is spacious and well-equipped and pool and garden delighful. The setting is fabulous - peaceful and relaxing with georgous views over fields and woodland and the foothills of the Pyrenees Audoise. Just outside Chalabre, the location is great for exploring the upper Aude and Arriege area...

「Votre maison est tout simplement magnifique. Le cadre est exceptionnel, offrant un environnement paisible et idyllique, juste troublé par le chant des oiseaux ..le rêve Nous avons été particulièrement impressionnés par l'entretien impeccable de la propriété. 「The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness.」
