  • One of Folly's Best! This 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is located in the charming Water's Edge in Folly Beach SC. Water's Edge is just a few short blocks away from downtown Folly and a short walk from the beach. Downtown Folly is full of wonderful restaurants, bars, shopping and a beautiful pier overlooking Folly Beach. Water's Edge is a secluded neighborhood tucked away from the strip but still close to everything. This adorable townhouse has hardwood floors and is 1660 Sq Ft. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. This property has many great amenities and you will relax while sitting on the patio enjoying the beautiful Folly River views. Watching the sun set from one of the two screened in private balconies will be a daily treat! All three bedrooms are fitted with luxurious king beds to ensure a good night's rest. There is a community pool available for your use just a few doors down from this townhouse. Please note that at this time, the tub in the master bedroom is not usable. River Walk does not allow pets. This is a non-smoking community. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC005365. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Great time! Close to everything: beach, restaurants, and Berts. Just park the car you won't need it! Looking over the marsh in the evenings was wonderful.

Lovely view, conveniently located

Lovely view. Great kitchen, well-equipped. Some trouble with the garage door shutting completely, but otherwise it was a seamless visit.

Loved the walkability of this location and the views, along with dock access. We fished and crabbed both days, and thoroughly enjoyed walking to dinner and the beach. All Furniture in the house is comfortable, and it included most necessities. The management company was very responsive and we overall loved our stay. Would book this again for sure! Rooms are spacious and garage is large enough for 2 cars!

Great view and location, but lots of stairs. Angle into garage was challenging for longbed extended cab pickup, but both vehicles fit. Everything is within walking distance.

Perfect location

For our first time at Folly Beach we picked this unit based on pics but did not really know how close it was to everything. You can walk everywhere in town if you wanted to. The welcome book did say "guests enjoy golf cart rides" and we were excited to maybe not have to move our vehicle for the week and just use the golf cart but found out that it was not for guest use unfortunately. We would absolutely stay at this location again

Great Stay at River Walk

The process was well organized with good communication from the get go. The unit is in a great spot overlooking the marsh with great sunset views. You really can walk to everything in Folly Beach. Driving is easy if you're going to Charleston back and forth, with every imaginable store (like groceries or wally world) in between. Plan on fishing the dock and maybe do some crabbing. The grounds of the property are lovely and well maintained. I can't say enough nice things about our experience. River Walk is a winner!

Location!

This was one of the best outfitted places I’ve stayed. So if you like to have a well stocked, perfect location ~ this is your place! Property was clean, furniture was comfortable and in reasonably good condition and the location was amazing. We relaxed overlooking the river and listening to the shore birds, then walked to the ocean in about 10 minutes time. We arrived just after Hurricane Ian had swept through and the only damage was one of the screen panels on the porch. After notifying the property manager, a crew was sent to repair it. My only issue was that they never contacted us to tell us a crew would be arriving & they surprised us. Luckily it was a planned ‘down day’ for us and we were able to let them in to do their job. If we decide to return to Folly, I’d definitely consider renting this place again.

The property had many not working items. Fans in bathrooms, toaster and it needed a general repair and painting. It is too bad you are not flexible at all with check-in for a 30 minute early arrival without a $35 charge but texting to see if you can get in before 10 am on the day we were leaving to clean. We left early on Saturday morning but didn't text because that doesn't seem right. We have rented a few properties from you and none of the others seem so rigid

Fun Family Beach Trip

This townhouse was very comfortable and just the right size for our family of 6. It was nice to be within walking distance to the beach and town. The view of the river was beautiful. We enjoyed watching some pretty awesome sunsets. Overall, it was a great time!

Beautiful view and relativity quiet.

Well equipped and comfortable. Only thing that was a bother was the parking. I drove a Sienna which I tried to get into the garage just wasn’t comfortable swinging it in.

This is a long established condominium community on the water. The unit is a comfortable property which presents as photographed. It was clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Amenities were good, and you can easily walk or bike to town or anywhere on the island. The beds are comfortable and the water views are great. The management company phone number provided for the host did not work and I could not reach them with a few questions I had during the stay.
