We enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach! The location was great for walking to the beach, pier, and restaurants. Also, the location was convenient to visiting downtown Charleston, which we did! Just remember to time your return trip from Charleston to not coincide with travelers getting to their beach destinations.

We had a wonderful visit in this beautiful property. The house was spotlessly clean and was in a great location. The host was very responsive to every question I had. The beds and pillow were very comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely return!

We loved our stay here, it was excellent! The space was very open and inviting and in great condition! It had all the amenities we could ask for and was located within walking distance to the beach, many great restaurants and a grocery store. Fun times in Folly!

I traveled with my two daughters to Folly and we had an amazing time! The unit was extremely clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our get-away. We were close to enjoy all of downtown Charleston but enjoyed coming back to the laid back beach vibe of Folly. We would highly recommend!!

Great location! It took us right under 5 minutes to walk to the beach- that was lugging an infant and all of our beach stuff. You can walk to all the restaurants/bars in downtown Folly. The property was very clean and as described in the listing. I would stay here again for sure!

Great beach cabin

We really enjoyed our stay here and had our 5-month old daughter with us as well. The cabin is super clean and was plenty of space for us. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked as we were cooking a lot. Communication and check-in was easy, and the walk to the beach is right down the path outside ~5 minutes. We'd definitely stay here again. Don't forget to go to Burts!

Very nice place

This place was impeccably clean, and we loved how bright it was (both in terms of natural light and the decor). Location was perfect and steps to the beach and other local restaurants. My recommendation to the hosts to make the stay even better would be to provide coffee (as it’s considered a standard amenity at hotels and rentals) and provide a full length mirror somewhere in the unit.

Clean and good location for February. Quiet (even though near the town hub) probably due to the off-season. Comfortable beds and everything we needed. Nice and bright with tons of natural light. Good parking situation. Short walk to beach near pier.

Beautiful “white-glove” clean property with A1 proximity to the beach & all things Folly. Didn’t need to drive for any reason. Designated parking for 2 cars gets this spot an A rating. Very responsive & accommodating host. We booked an additional night with no problem. Absolutely wonderful stay! Please NOTE: You must be able to climb stairs without difficulty. Bring your own beach towels.

Clean and Comfortable Cottage in Folly Beach

We loved our stay here! When we arrived, we immediately noticed how CLEAN everything was—absolutely spotless and gleaming. We were a party of three (parents and teen child) and it was the perfect size for us. Very convenient walk to the beach and all the restaurants/shops of downtown Folly Beach. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and they did a great job of answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. Book with confidence!

Great little property, just one catch

Nice property, very clean. Location is just about as good as you could ask for. We gave 4 stars because the property manager is a tad overbearing. She sent us several very long, overly detailed messages before, and even daily during our stay, making sure we did certain things. Not exactly conducive to a vacation. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here.

Best house I’ve ever stayed in!

I’ve been vacationing in Folly Beach for over 30 years. This was the best House I’ve ever stayed in! Perfect location to the beach and the main strip. Very easy check in! I will definitely reserve this house again in the coming years. Tara is excellent at getting back to you if you send her any messages. I don’t think I waited more than 20 or 30 minutes to hear back from her or when I would message her.
