Great location, easy walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets on the lovely screened in porch. It was clean and we were able to check in an hour early. Thank you for a lovely visit, we will be back!

We really enjoyed the close proximity to Folly Beach. The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was cleaned and the company had it ready 2 hours before check in - which we really appreciated. Would definitely return.

This is a nice, clean, spacious condo with a great view of the marsh. Our family had a great time and loved that the place is within walking distance of town and the beach. The view of the marsh from the screened porch is beautiful.

The condo is clean a d so easy to access. The patio seating does need some repair from weather and wear, but still comfortable and the sunsets are gorgeous. We walked to town and had a nice breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend staying here.Ina M

Good location, beautiful beach (beach pass would help) good space in condo, quiet, a pair of oven mitts in the kitchen would be helpful for removing things from oven and maybe a second dish towel. All in all it worked quite well for our stay.

Very nice place

Place was really nice. Wasn't prepared for the TV in the great room area ..had to use Roku and we dont have an account..Wasn't on the booking, we are old school i guess.Jacuzzi tub made a loud pitch noise when we tried to use it ..but other than that was a very nice place .would definitely stay there again.

The location was great the condo was clean the living room area needs improvement no comfort chairs the couch was old and one end of recliner did not work . There are no chairs in the bedrooms. I know it’s not your fault but king tide and heavy rain for two days. Would stay here again if you change the couch and put comfy chairs in living room.
