“Apparently some rooms are better than others. We have previously stayed here and we're satisfied. This time not so much. The a/c could not keep up and barely blew cold. The floor was not that clean and a bit rough. Also, had an issue with leaving a personal item(pricey pillow needed for husband's back) there which I went back for just a few hours later. “The room was clean But there were roaches crawling on the lamp. Alive gnats all in the bathroom and on the towels. Shower water was good and hot”

“This had to be the worst check ever at a hotel. I booked through Expedia and PAID through Expedia I arrived at the hotel a little after 11 PM. The door was locked I could not get in. There was a sign that said pick up the phone and let them know you’re here, but there is no phone. The phone had been removed from the wall I knocked on the door trying to get the staffs attention. I used my cell phone to call the hotel to let them know I was trying to get in. Once I got in the lady tried to charge……

“All good. But certainly not worth the price for a quick Tuesday turn over for 12 hours and zero breakfast at 9:30 when web site clearly stated till 10”

“Not the hotel’s staff fault but power went out to portions of hotel. Had no lights in bathroom and they ran out of breakfast. Hotel was clean and pool was good and enjoyable. Hotel should make concessions to refund partial fees when accommodation can’t deliver what is advertised.”
