RENTAL APARTMENT ski-in-ski out LA TOUSSUIRE

Very nice luxury apartment in the L’Odyssée residence in the family ski resort of La Toussuire, in the heart of the Sybelles ski area in Savoie. Residence with lift, digital code access.
The new apartment (December 2018), is located in the heart of the resort on the slopes, bright with a large balcony facing south. Its location allows you to stay without a car. You will also have a private closed garage located opposite the entrance to the residence (very practical! ) and a private ski locker with electric blower boot dryer (very comfortable!)

The apartment consists of 3 rooms for a surface of 60 m² and has a balcony of 12 m².

Description: an entrance with wardrobe, an independent WC, a kitchen-living room of 27m2, a master suite with double bed 160 x 200, storage + wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower and WC, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds or 4 beds in 90 x 190 storage and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, washing machine.
You will find in the kitchen everything you need to treat your tribe, a raclette machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the cookware.
The apartment also benefits from a beautiful outdoor space and ideal sunshine due to the location of the apartment (facing south facing the slopes).

This apartment with its location, its chalet spirit and its neat decoration in the Savoyard spirit is without context the ideal place for your mountain holidays in summer and winter.

We have designed this apartment to make a cozy nest in which everyone feels good without being on top of each other (large living room) while sharing convivial moments. We leave board games, comics, card games ..... available to our tenants and hope you will have as good a time as we do!

Un séjour idéal

Très bel appartement dans lequel on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Belle déco, beaucoup d’espace, une vue magnifique et une belle terrasse.Accueil parfait par Aurélie, la concierge, qui se plie en quatre pour répondre aux demandes.Seul bémol, s’il faut vraiment en mettre un: l’ajout d’une poubelle dans les sdb et le WC serait bienvenu.Bref, un séjour parfait, qui plus est ensoleillé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Belles prestations et magnifique vue

Appartement moderne et chaleureux, très bien équipé. Vue incroyable sur la station et les aiguilles d’Arves. Les plus: garage fermé, casier à skis, balcon, disponibilité Check IN et OUT. Par contre pas de départ et d’arrivé skis aux pieds par manque de neige, pour la seconde année consécutive.

Heerlijk appartement met prachtig uitzicht en groot balkon. Alles was aanwezig. Grote kamers. Er lag te weinig sneeuw voor ski in en ski out. Maar lopend naar de piste ging ook goed. Prima verwarmd skihok. Winkels op loopafstand. Communicatie met eigenaar was onduidelijk. Uitchecken kon niet op de tijd die wij wilden. Maar inchecken was heel flexibel. Appartement is een aanrader.

Appartement très confortable, en très bon état, bien situé, très bien équipé. Le seul bémol : le service n'était pas au niveau attendu pour un logement de ce type : attente 2h pour avoir les clés, ménage pas fini, mauvaises indications du local à skis, etc.

Lovely apartment, ski in ski out

Lovely apartment about 200m (skiing) from the main lifts in La Toussuire. There is a private ski locker in the apartment block. Very clean and modern throughout and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There is a lovely balcony over looking the resort. Proper ski in and ski out. The only small downside for us is that we arrived late (2200), met the concierge as arranged, and went straight out to eat. When we returned at about 0100 we realised there was no bed linen or towels - these had to be hired separately and the concierge (who stank of alcohol) had forgotten to tell us. So we spent the first night with no sheets, pillow cases, towels etc. Perhaps it is standard procedure not to provide linen but I feel we should have been offered it by the concierge, instead of finding out too late. With that exception, the trip was superb

Logement très propre au pied des pistes

Un appartement au pied des pistes, très propre et très bien équipé. La vue du balcon est magnifique. Chalet non référencé sur le gps donc un petit peu difficile à trouver. Pour le reste, tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons grandement.

Bel appartement et belles prestations

Un super appartement (bien équipé) qui domine la station avec départ et arrivée skis aux pieds..! (Même avec mon fils de 5 ans pour sa première année de ski). On aime cet appartement pour sa vue plein sud, ses équipements, le style moderne et chaleureux… avec une mention spéciale pour le casier à ski de compétition (difficile de faire mieux!)

Logement calme . Possibilité de rejoindre les pistes à pieds en coupant par des esacaliers et la neige , mais dans notre cas (3 enfants petits) véhicule nécessaire . Propriétaire très sympathique .
