The holiday apartment is located in a single-family house, was renovated in 2022, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard. Sailing boat rental on request for a fee. Vacuum cleaner.


Location
Fonyód. The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. On the upper floor is BALFON101 (8P). Access is via a side street (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house and at a parking lot in the village (distance 30 m).

Air conditioning. In the bathrooms, electric underfloor heating. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, and washing machine. Television reception via satellite. The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden in der Wohnung. 5 min zum Strandbad, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieterin sehr nett und freundlich.
