“The front desk staff were so super helpful in let us in a little bit early as we got there for the holiday. Rooms were clean, though the sheets had stains in them so it seems like they could probably use more bleach when laundering them. The only frustrating thing was the metal platform that the bed sit on makes noise pretty much every time you kick it or move on the bed. Otherwise this is an awesome location, and great one night stay for us.”

“Was very clean for the price. I did not like the fact that we were charged an additional deposit once we got to check in. We checked in around 2 AM and were only in the room for less than 6 hours. Just long enough to sleep. ”

“The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.”
