「WOW!! What a fun little spot to get away with friends! We attended a concert at the Surf which was an easy walk. Loved that convenience. We used the grill and had a fabulous dinner. 「Loved the openness of the house. husband jealous of the big, beautiful stove. house has everything we needed. some family members thought the beds were uncomfortable. and the stairs does not have a rail all the way up if that is a concern for anyone. husband had to youtube how to use the green egg grill since we aren't used to that. and parking can be a little tight if you have bigger vehicles.」

「We loved our stay here. It was the perfect location for attending an event at the Surf Ballroom. It would be a perfect location for most as it is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The house is clean and modern, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. 「Better than the photos and description on the listing. Great location and view of Clear Lake! We had everything we needed and more. The entire house was very clean and nicely decorated. We had more than enough space! Great communication with Sherri before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property. Hope to stay here again!」
