「This is a brand new property that is less than 10 minutes from New Minas and less than 15 minutes from downtown Wolfville, situated on a peaceful, large, tree-lined lot with zero ambient/traffic noise. The property consists of nine units in total and would be perfect for a large, related group. The host, Tracey, was excellent - easy to communicate with and her check-in instructions were clear and complete. She reached out to me a day ahead and told me that the room I was assigned had an...

「The owner communicated quickly and clearly. The cottage was on the low scale of excellence because the cottage needs new or upgraded furniture. The dining table was warped, cracked and uneven as well as squeaky; the bench around the dining table has a broken piece off the end; the pull out couch is ready for the dump as its warped and lumpy and saggy; there are curtains missing and curtains that only cover 1/2 the window; the back deck was full of leaves as well as a broken lawn chair for...

「Location - 10 Cleanliness - 9 Comfortably - 7 Host responsiveness - 1 The location of this property is incredible. Just a stone’s throw from downtown. The bed needs to be updated. The fan in the bathroom ran all night. The lights in the parking lot shined in the window all night. I asked about the laundry facilities but never received an answer so don’t plan on doing any laundry because it isn’t in the suite. Otherwise a reasonable stay.」
