「There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua!」

「Stayed here for the eclipse but got much more out of it. It was a nice quiet stay right on the lake which made for and enjoyable long weekend. Havinging th abilty to walk out, sit around a fire on a lake and fish was quite enjoyable. The tiny home was perfect for our needs and look forward to staying here again in the future. 「We had a wonderful time at Karen and Tim’s property it was everything we wanted and needed it to be. If you are looking for history this house has so much history. 「We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes.
