“Clean room and great excellent view from the balcony . Did not care much about the amenities as the pool and spa were not that clean and organized specially indoor pool was not in the level of a resort style. But overall loved the trip and staff were quite helpful”

Poolen och poolområdet kunde städats oftare. 15 minuter promenad till Forio centrum och ungefär samma till stranden. Tyvärr dyrt med vatten från minibaren (2,5€ för 50cl) och närmsta minimarket inne i Forio eller vid stranden, jobbigt att behöva släpa vatten till hotellet. Dyrt med solstolar på stranden.”

“Pensione situata proprio sulla spiaggia di San Francesco, si accede alla spiaggia dal retro della struttura tramite un piccolo vialetto. La struttura molto tranquilla e pulita, il personale davvero gentile. Abbiamo usato la piscina esterna e siamo stati davvero bene, hanno anche una piscina interna magari da poter utilizzare nei periodi un po’ più freschi come maggio o settembre. “We had a very enjoyable stay and a great overall experience. The staff were excellent, friendly and very attentive to detail. The manager was always present and made a point of asking how we were doing, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious, with a very generous selection, especially of pastries and sweet options. “This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to port, shops, restaurants, buses etc. Lots to see and do in the area. Hotel needs major upgrades, and regular cleaning. Another couple was also talking about how dirty the pool area was - from mold at the pool edges, hair clumps in and around the pool - it was not clean. Rooms were noisy with people throughout the night and day in the halls. Some tile patching was done in the bathrooms, but there was also holes still in the walls and a stain……
