Rainforest Tiny Home Retreat: Rustic Modern

Welcome to our cozy rustic-chic tiny home! Perfect for urban adventurers, this unit boasts a spacious kitchen, ideal for whipping up culinary delights. With sleeping arrangements for six, it's great for families or friends. Step outside to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area, perfect for relaxing under the stars after a day of exploration. The home features a cozy but modern design and layout. The layout of this home is very open and allows ample room, not to mention tall ceilings in the common areas. Comfortably sleeps six people, with a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are three beds: 1 full bed downstairs, and two full beds up in the loft. Fun board games for the family or friends. The kitchen supplies all the needed pots and pans for cooking a meal and the essential spices. An oven, stovetop, microwave, Keurig, fridge, dishes, and silverware are included. We also have a beautiful exterior area, including a BBQ, patio seating, and a large fire pit with plenty of seating along with a picnic table.

The home is very easy to access. Once you have booked, you will get access to the house via a smart lock, allowing you to check in at any time. Also, we have plenty of parking available, so there is no need to worry. You will have access to the whole outdoor area designated for this unit as well.

We will be available by phone or app, please don't hesitate to ask any questions. This home provides self-check-in. All property & guest guidebook info is available on the app as well.

The house is situated in the Forks Rain Forest Mobile Home Park. The neighborhood and the surrounding homes need a makeover, but the renovation work has already started. Despite this, the area is still safe and conveniently located near downtown Forks. As we continue to add new tiny homes to the area and carry on with the renovations, the place will be a work in progress.

Located right next to the heart of Forks, so easy access into town for all your needs during your stay. Groceries, shops, coffee, and the only bar in town are all right within walking distance.

**Since the home is smaller, we have a smaller onboard water heater. The hot water can run out quicker than expected, so please plan to space your showers accordingly, especially with a larger group. If you take a 10-minute shower, it will almost empty the whole hot water tank.

*When booking, remember the current renovations and/or potential noise and/or vendors coming and going. All of the work would be done during normal business hours. It is centrally located, within walking distance from town, and a short drive from countless hikes and amazing places to explore.

*Please note that our tiny home has a loft with a ceiling height of only 50 inches, making it impossible to stand up in. The staircase leading up to the loft may not be suitable for elderly individuals. However, the space is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for understanding.
- We love doggos but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit, and charge a $75 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :)

- Please no pets on the furniture or the beds, this helps our cleaning team minimize extra time spent.

- Please make sure to look over the yard and pick up after your pet's droppings.

- Please don't bring food or drinks into the loft, we hope to minimize the staining of the carpet and the linens.

- Please no shoes on the carpet or within the home, there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.

- Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products.

- If you plan to use any extra amenities like the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard, etc. Please clean up after yourself. We don't want any littering outside.

- Please be courteous with your noise level, we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful.

- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable, so please be considerate.

- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect. We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't.

- NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.

-During the Fall and winter months, there is a chance of power outages. The water eventually will go out since we are on a well system. However, we have water jugs to accommodate. In such an event, let it be an opportunity to reconnect with loved ones, nature, and its simplicity without modern distractions.
