"This was an unexpected gem. If you are looking for a unique and memorable place to stay, this is it. As a guest, you have access to the walled garden from the 1783s. The house is historic with rooms that take you back to another time in history but updated for modern convenience. The staff was very attentive and made us feel special. We would highly recommend. "

"I absolutely love this property! The breakfast service was good, but it seems we were overlooked and waited for 30 minutes for them to take our order. But overall, lovely! I definitely recommend staying here. You can walk to Nairn Beach, and pet the highland cows. ☺️"

"The room was spotless and very comfortable. Obviously the Hotel is in transition. By and by rooms are being prepared to welcome guests. Only 11 rooms are available to book at this point. The price per room is unbelievably low. Especially since the electricity bill must be enormous. The hotel was overheated and lights were on in almost every hall, lounge and room and stayed on during the night. Heating as well as the lights. No consideration was given to the ecological impact. "
