"The property looked exactly like the pictures but once we arrived, all sheets and towels are on the floor. I did not look like the cleaning service had been there as we also found red stains from a red soda on the floor and the counters. There was also a random phone found in a drawer. The bathrooms were cleaning but we have to wash the sheets and towels ourselves while trying to get things set for a wedding.
