"The house is the perfect combination of woodsy and modern. Most of the wooden furniture has been beautifully hand made with creative design. The high celings in the main family room are also made of gorgeous wood. There is a real fireplace that we unfortunately did not use because it was too warm. Comfy leather recliners and a 75 inch TV. "Great for kids. My kids loved the big bedroom with the bunk beds and loft bed. Grill wasn’t the best but I luckily brought my own. The tap water wasn’t drinkable. Those are small gripes for the price though. Overall a great stay."

"Host was super responsive. Cabin was brand new and in excellent shape. Very nice, thoughtful decor. Driveway quite steep but doable. Access to the lake is quite a long walk away from the house, as the only drawback. Otherwise a lovely place and would highly recommend!"

"The property was in a word: lovely. You can tell a lot of work went into renovating this place. My friend and I absolutely loved just chilling on the front porch each night. We meant to have a fire in the back, but we never got around to it. There was plenty of wood provided though, which was fantastic, as you can't bring firewood from out of state. "Located less than 7 minutes from downtown Lake George, you find yourself surrounded by a nice quiet setting in the woods. Once you get inside, the living / dinning area is spacious. "Booked this terrific log cabin for its closeness to Slate Valley Trails for our annual Memorial Day Weekend mountain bike getaway. Terrific location, quiet spot on a gravel road with woods and farmlands. Great kitchen, lots of space to spread out. Very comfortable! So quiet at night, all we heard were a pair of barred owls calling to each other. Highly recommend!"
