We enjoyed are time at Paseo Del Mar. Our dog enjoyed the back yard chasing his frisbee. We took a nice walk to the beach through the trail from the property. We would stay here again.

The house was amazingly clean and had all the necessities. Just outside of town which was perfect for us. The property was quiet and so big!!! Our dog and toddler had a hoot running around and taking the private trail to the path along the ocean. The host was quick to respond and very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. My family loved this place so much we already want to book another stay.

Wonderful place for a small family with dogs. Plenty of room for the pups to play. The house was clean, and had all what was needed to enjoy a homecooked meal and/or just lounge around. Easy path to the waterfront where there is a paved pedestrian/bike path taking you in either direction. Communication with the owner was excellent! HIghly recommend this california coast getaway.

The house was spotless and spacious. There’s plenty of room to hang out outside, and there’s a trail to the beach. Carlin, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and returned phone calls quickly.

This house had everything we needed! The place was very clean. We loved the short walk to the beach with your dog each day. The beach was very private which was great. The house felt very private on the 2 acres and was very comfortable for my husband, our dog and myself.

The house felt like home when we walked in and it was beautiful and immaculate!!! So clean!!! We really enjoyed our stay there. Carlon, our host, was so helpful answering all of our questions prior to our stay and during as well. We would definitely recommend and will be back!!! Paseo Del Mar Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was easy to find and it was spotless when we arrived. The house is well equipped and it’s just a short walk to the beach. There was a lot of space for the dogs to run on the property and we enjoyed long walks with them along the ocean. In the evenings we enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Just an all around lovely time. We will definitely be back!

All around fantastic

The house was welcoming and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The property was lovely and quiet. We saw lots of locals--squirrels, jackrabbits, deer, vultures, too many birds to count, abd even a skunk ( at a distance!). The communication was excellent. Location is just a very short hop from downtown, glass beach, and 10 Mile Dunes. We loved it here!

Perfect Weekend Stay!

We chose this property for aLast minute weekend stay in the Mendocino / Fort Bragg area. We wanted a private location that accepted our dog and four adults. It turned out to be a wonderful choice.Very Clean, well appointed with charm and comfort. A short walk to a beautiful beach via a private pathway…we loved the fire pit and spent the evening huddle around the warm fire…enjoying ourselves with good conversation, bourbon, wine and cigars. Loved the experience and will definitely stay here on our next return to Fort Bragg.

Peaceful Stay

Our stay at Paseo Del Mar was absolutely perfect! The property was spacious for us to play fetch with our dog. The house was clean, upgraded, cozy, and the perfect size for us and our dog. It was rainy so we only utilized the path to the beach once since it was a bit muddy, but the walk is only five minutes or so. We drove to multiple beaches that were 2-5 mins away with plenty of parking so it’s a perfect location with the town a few minutes away. Honestly such a great experience we will be booking again soon. Awesome property with plenty to do and a great Host!

The house and property were great. There a few things I would add to the house. Grab bars in both showers for safety, towel racks in both showers and some hooks for hanging moist towels. Firmer mattresses would be more comfortable. The yard was beautiful.
