「When checking in. Hotel staff greeted with a friendly smile. Front desk Rianna checked us in. Explain, the hotel stay and its amenities to us. Checked in room, room had a view of the seawall. It was beautiful and room was clean. Our stay was amazing! We will be back.」

「The room was clean but the A/c was on the fritz it would either be extremely cold or extremely hot. The facilities were overall clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. They had a wide selection of food for the kids and everything in the food section was clean.」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「The photo shows the room with a balcony, however, the room I received was second to last room in the back of the property. I could barely see the ocean. I should have thought of this when booking but did not. That is why I gave such a low rating. If you don’t mind not having a decent view from balcony then this hotel is fine for you. 「Our stay was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered the elevators were out of service, forcing us to carry our luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs. 「Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. For the price it is really nice. Location couldn’t be better- from the beach it is literally steps across the parking lot. Our room was huge and would easily have fit several blowup mattresses. We had a king size room on the 5th floor- balcony and view of the water. Everything felt updated and new. Breakfast was waffles, bagels, etc., with meat on the weekends. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Kroger next-door. Easy parking and comfortable bed.」
