「My husband and I would normally be camping, but we had our infant and this was a great alternative. There are a few cabins nestled in a wooded area right off the highway. Our cabin felt private and there was not a lot of traffic on the highway, so there was minimal noise and practically no light pollution. 「Steven and Beth were amazing hosts and very helpful with local information! Their cottage was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated, serenely quiet, and very comfortable. It was stormy during our stay, so the view wasn't perfect. But sitting on the porch, deeply inhaling the forest scent while having coffee, was the most relaxing experience one could ask for! 「We would give this place 5 stars. The location is great. The property is very well maintained. The cabin is updated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay (kitchen well supplied, comfy bedrooms, nice shower, and a living space you can relax in- both inside and out). Our dog especially loved the large, fenced back yard. The host was responsive to any questions re. check-in and check-out. Highly recommend the cabin.」
