“I stayed at Almost Paradise from March 12-26 and the best way I can describe it is as a dream come true. My adorable cottage sat on a hillside overlooking the ocean, and waking up every day to the gorgeous view was one of the amazing things about my stay. The cottages have all been beautifully taken care of, and I appreciated the property housekeeper coming in daily to tidy up. “The broad back porch offers a view from high above the bay to the the wild foliage covering the hillside, the beach below and the islands in the distance. A full kitchen lets you enjoy breakfast and afternoon drinks while you ponder the view. The rooms are rustic, spacious, and comfortable. And very clean with beautiful wood floors and furniture.There are several quiet beaches nearby where you'll often be the only people on the beach. You can get a nice lunch at Petite Anse, a short walk……

“We loved our stay at Cabier. Everyone working on the property was very kind and helpful. This property is very remote and peaceful. Our room looked out to the ocean and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and coquis every night. The restaurant on the property is delicious and well priced. The beach is just steps from the property and was quiet and clean. I would highly recommend staying here!”

“Great place to stay if you appreciate slow living. Lucinda was warm and friendly. She baked bread for us and had the fridge stocked with breakfast supplies. The dogs, Rocky and Pickles were delightful.”
