“First I want to say the communication with the host was more than I could have asked. I had to change the reservation to my husbands name as I was not able to join them for the trip, they were able to help me resolve this quickly. We also had questions along way and they responded to each question within a few minutes. They were all so nice and helpful. We were in town for a wrestling tournament at the convention center nearby, so the location was perfect. The price was excellent. The place was……

“This condo building was terrible! There are about 350 units and only 4 elevators. We spent half of our time waiting for the elevator. And once we were in the elevator, we were crammed in like sardines. This is a huge safety concern and we would surely all die if there was a fire in the building. The pool and beach were incredibly crowded and we almost never got a seat. The building wi-fi did not work in the unit, and when I called and texted the host about this, they did not respond other……
