The neighborhood is a long, thin peninsula. It's completely residential, and the waterfront mansions sell in the multi-millions. Very upscale, safe, and walkable.

Wifi: redundant high speed connections
Parking: free, off-street, two cars
4K SmartTV in living room and bedroom, log on to your Netflix/HBO/etc account
Coffee: Keurig coffee maker. We provide 4 pods to get you started.
Also: crib, beach gear, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen.
NOTE: Despite the pictures, there is no deck/porch. We had to remove it.
Windows on all four sides, penthouse unit perched on top of a one-story building. Shares no walls with other apartments. Very quiet. It is a 1.2 mile walk to the beach.
Parking is not assigned, but there is plenty of room for two cars.
Wi-Fi: two internet connections (AT&T and Comcast) provide redundancy. Both are the highest residential speeds available. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property, Stream 4K movies or do video calls.
Kitchen: The Kitchen is equipped for real cooking. There are sharp knives and non-stick pots and pans.
Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.
Laundry: You'll have access to the laundry room. The coin-operated washer and dryer take six quarters per load and are shared by five other units.
Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request.

Wonderful Vacation
Matthew’s place was amazing. He is very responsive and makes sure you have everything you need. The space is as pictured. Very clean and private. The balcony is a great space to sit back and relax. Very close to the beach, a mall and many places to eat. I would definitely stay again.
