The room was completely dirty. I didn't take photos but I took a video but it will not allow you to upload. There was many people outside my door all night yelling and fighting I would not be surprised if there was escort services in this hotel because when I checked out it seemed to be a prostitute checking in. I did take some screenshots of the video but it doesn't do it justice

Unfortunately this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Very run down. No towels or toilet paper so I had to go to the front office to request those. Some of the furniture was broken. Everything just looked old. They really definitely need some renovations and maybe it can be a better place to stay.

We booked this room last minute through Expedia. We did not expect much. We just needed a clean, safe place to spend the night before our cruise. When we arrived, we knew immediately this wasn't clean or safe. A drug deal was taking place in the very dark parking lot. There was a half dressed, high or intoxicated woman dancing in the open window of the downstairs room. We looked in one of the open windows and it was definitely not clean. We did not stay here. We were out the price of the room (which was way over-priced) but there was no way we could stay at a place like this.

This hotel should not be an option for anyone to stay at. Poor service, furniture falling, tourn mattress, urin in the toilet, cigarettes burns on the bed covers blood on the mattress dirt on the floors and counters, mold on the ceilings and you can see through the doorway. We did not stay with the manager saying we would receive a full refund which still has yet to happen. We're seeking an an attorney to shut the hotel down

Room was filled with stench of cigarette smoke uninhabitable by anyone I booked a non smoking room they obviously did not have one and instead put me in a smoking room. I had to leave a tent a new hotel room and they denied a refund. This is an overpriced dumpster and no one should stay there. Lots of drug and homelessness in the parking lot. A lady had all her belongings on the steps to get to the room blocking the path panhandling for money. The owner doesn’t care.

Ceiling was leaking everyday leaving water stains on the floor near my items. The comforter was dirty and had black stains. The toilet had yellow dirty water. There was no microwave as advertised someone brought a broke microwave after my second day of being there and the microwave was making loud noises and only started on stop. They advertised a pool but told two different stories. One lady said the pool was being used by the scuba diving trainers. The next day i spoke with a man he said they didn’t own the pool and it’s not connected to the room. There was alot of traffic outside with people walking around day and night. The area was nice but the hotel was horrible. If I could give 1/2 star I would.

The details for the hotel need to be updated. The room had no chair for the desk, and the microwave plate wasn't working. The next morning the staff got me a chair and fixed the microwave. The motel doesn't not have a pool, fitness center, or laundry as advertised on the hotels.com website. The lobby was closed most of the time even during the day and the sign in the lobby said there is continental breakfast but there isn't. They haven't had that since COVID. The electrical socket by the desk was a little sketchy and should be fixed and there was a roach in my room last night. I killed it and put the trash out for the morning. Since the room doors open to the outside, they may need to spray more insecticide or something. The Wi-Fi worked well and the shower water pressure and temperature was good.

It was everything I expected and was grateful for a place to lay my head. So many people complain about how it’s not what they expected….its a 125 hotel room in South Florida…..they well exceeded my expectations. If you come down here to our beautiful area, and are thinking you can save money and still have some nice place to stay…..you’re wrong.

If you need a place between flight connections, maybe, otherwise avoid this place. From the nasty mattress, holes in the walls, disgusting fridge in the room, the WiFi not working/nor was my cell service inside the room. It’s like there was a block on both. Lots of iffy individuals. The only pro I can see as the ac unit blew cold air.
