Reservation Policies
Check-In and Door Codes
Door codes are shared at 4 PM on the day of arrival. Check-in is available between 4 PM and 11 PM only. Arrivals after 11 PM are not permitted, as support is available only during working hours (8 AM–12 AM).

Early/Late Requests
Early check-in, late check-out, and early bag drop are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

Deposit and Registration Requirement
Door codes will not be sent until both the $200 incidentals deposit and registration are completed.

Deposit Release
Deposits are refunded within 3–7 days after your original check-out date.

Complaints
Any issues or complaints must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in to be valid for review.

Departure Notification
All departures must be reported immediately and clearly. If leaving early, please submit an alteration request so we can reopen the calendar and assess any refund for unspent nights.

Reservation Changes
All reservation changes must be submitted before 10 AM daily. Changes after 10 AM cannot be processed due to system limitations.

Early Departures
To request an early departure, please use the alteration feature to ensure quick approval and potential refund of unused nights.

No Courtesy Refunds
Refunds are not provided unless stated otherwise in platform policies.

Full Refund Requests
A full refund request may trigger immediate check-out. You must submit an alteration for early departure; this is the only way we can consider refunding any unused nights.

Amenity Coordination
Requests for amenities (e.g. grill, items, etc.) must be made at least 24 hours in advance, between 4 PM–12 AM, so our team can assist the following day.

Extra Cleanings
If you require additional cleaning for any reason, please notify us 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM of the requested day.

Incidentals Deposit Policy
A $200 refundable hold is required after booking as a precaution against damages.

This is processed via a third-party platform in line with Airbnb’s policy: Airbnb Help Article

If damages exceed the deposit amount, claims will be made through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Additional costs may be charged to your card or covered by AirCover.

Registration Policy
Registration is mandatory and must be completed after booking.

You will be asked to submit valid IDs for all guests and a credit card scan for verification.

Both the deposit and registration must be completed accurately.
Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

House Rules and Important Policies
Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty equal to one night’s stay, deducted from the security deposit.

Strictly Enforced Rules
No parties or events allowed

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

No smoking on the property
Violation will result in a $300 fine and immediate removal without a refund.

Noise or disturbances requiring police intervention
$250 fine and immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Trash policy:
Do not leave garbage outside the unit. If indoor bins are full, use the large outdoor trash cans near the building entrance.
$100 penalty applies if trash is left outside.

Toilets:
Only flush toilet paper—no paper towels or trash.
Improper disposal may cause clogs and result in a service fee.

Property damage:
Any damage to the interior or shared spaces will result in a pro-rated charge, automatically deducted from your account.
