Hotel smells like marijuana in the hallway. Reception was amazingly friendly and professional. Ok place to sleep one night before a cruise but wouldn’t recommend it for any longer than that. Actually I will never come back because of the smell of marijuana !

Nous avions réservé 6 mois avant pour une chambre 2 lits pour 1 nuit.La raison pour laquelle nous avions pris cette hébergement était en lien avec son emplacement pour le port everglade. À notre arrivé à 16h, on me dit qu'il ne leur reste que 1 chambre 1 lit on m'a donné l'option d'annuler ma réservation et de me chercher un autre hébergement. Après vérification avec son supérieur le préposé m'a proposé 2 chambres avec 1 lit. Le déjeuner, était très limité, muffins, gruau, yogourt, café et barre tendre.. Dans l'une des 2 chambres, il y avait une odeur de poudre de pied qui se dégageait. Par contre nous avons accès a un micro-onde, frigo et des rond de cuisine ce qui est bien pour les familles. Nopus étions près du publix.

The hotel had a musty smell throughout the hotel. There was no Ice machines to be found and there were no ice trays on the refrigerator to be used either. The Continental breakfast was extremely limited with only a coffee pot and a few store bought muffins. I would have canceled my reservation after our first visit, but the cancellation fee was basically the same cost of the stay. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The only good thing about this hotel is the location to the cruise port.

The location is perfect for cruisers and typically the most economical (although still expensive!) which is why we often stay here. This trip was not the best. First room assigned, we go to the room, it’s still being cleaned. Back to the front desk, given another room, it was dirty…like wads of hair stuck to the shower wall. Given a third room which seemed ok, but my confidence in the cleanliness was definitely lowered. The whole hotel is “tired”. The rooms are in need of improvement / renovation. There is random damage, the “stove” in our room did not even look functional it was so rusted out. Even my 10 yr old who is very easy to please commented “this is not a very nice hotel.”

Comparing pricing option to other hotels, this was a lower price and now we know why. The hallways smelled, it was old, no updates at all in the rooms. Only thing good I could say is that the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect, close to the cruise port.

We spent the weekend during Spring Break, unfortunately there was very limited availability on our usual Hotel brands. Had to stay here out of necessity. It’s a budge friendly location for a reason, a bit rundown, dirty carpets, smelly corridors, value towels, bedding etc.. It’s a last resort of stay, If you must.

When we arrived there wasn’t a room available, but then the person at the e desk found one they think was unoccupied but not checked out. If that hadn’t been available then they were not going to have a room for us even though we had reserved and paid. I do not recommend here. I will not be back.

Dead roaches in bathroom. You have to “request” dishes—not even a drinking cup. And “free breakfast” consists of “grab and go” items which were cleaned out within minutes. Some packaged muffins and yogurts. Had instant hot cereals, but since there are no dishes in your room, well…. For the huge price they asked, this was way overrated. Would not stay here again.

Old property, my AC unit made the room smell absolutely awful, like something died in the unit. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. Also some sketchy people wondering around inside. Had a bloodied face man try to get into my room as I was coming out. He was very confused (yet nice) and appeared to be hurt and very distraught. I asked if needed help and he moved along and tried to enter other rooms. Although the staff was fine and location were above average, one ould not recommend this place.

*****Do not stay here *****| don't know about you but based on the reviews I make my decision. Now this place I decided to give the benefit of the doubt... big mistake I made this place is dirty it smells unappealing. I walked in I wasn't even greeted until minutes after while someone was standing at the front. I was given a key card made my way upstairs and the hallway had garbage it smelled gross. Walked in the room and it also had a nasty smell. It had dead roaches on the floor. Didn't make a complaint bc as long as I didn't see anything crawling I was fine. At this point it was late I didn't really have much options. At 1 am I stepped outside to my car and as l used the key card to enter the building it was bit working I called front desk with the phone outside no one answered. At this point I am furious I waited out for a total of 30 minutes trying to re enter the hotel because no one was at the front desk. When another guest came to the rescue we were able to enter. I ranged the bell to the front desk and the lady excuse was I did not hear the phone it did not ring in the back. To end this story.. please don't stay here stay in the hotel right in front of this one....

The condition of the hotel was dirty. Elevator was dirty and the floor of the room was oily and dirty as well. They said they have breakfast, what they have there was muffin and yogurt.
