This house was one of our favorite spring break houses to stay in. There was plenty of room for our 4 boys to spread out. They loved the pool in the back. When we weren’t on the beach, we were at the pool. They slept well! It’s 3 blocks from the beach, a short 8 minute walk. They had everything we needed including beach and bath towels, pool toys and kitchen utensils. It’s also a very quick beach walk to downtown. It was quiet and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Property is in a great location close to stores, the beach and Lauderdale by the Sea restaurants. Backyard gives space for kids. Only downside was the property was a little tired - namely the rope / jungle gym. And the stove didn’t work properly so we used the grill. Overall functional and clean. Suggest perhaps more board games could be added on site. We only found Candyland. Thanks for a great stay!

This house is a short (minutes) walk to the beach. They had all our beach going needs at the house. The pool and yard were amazing. Highly recommend.

Took over 30 minutes to get into the house upon arrival given that their were two codes required and the second one was not listed in the paper work. Broken toilet that took four days to fix, broken beach chairs, "heated" pool was turned off each night so it was freezing and unusable until after noon the next day, no blankets, one towel each, all three bathrooms on one 15 amp breaker than tripped, and then the management could not tell us where to find the panel to reset it. Not to mention the gross hair stuck to the wall of the primary bedroom bath. Poor customer service. This is a very expensive house and does not meet even the barest expectations.

Fort Lauderdale was under a state of emergency and we were essentially forced to leave because of flooding. I requested two days of refunds because of our early departure. I understand the owners didn't have to refund anything, and they didn't. But the honorable thing to do was refund the last two days. They didn't. House was really nice. Pool was extremely fun though.

Great pool, kitchen and garage with a fridge, this within walking distance to a bunch of really good restaurants, a win dixie, tiki bar and the beach. Lots of pool toys and an extra fridge!
