Check in was easy and simple. The place was nice and clean with everything you needed inside . When I had an issue with the lock code they responded fast and fix the situation asap. The location was great . Me and my family felt safe the place was quiet and peaceful. Only issue was the pool wasn’t clean but soon as I told them they came out in cleaned it . We would definitely stay here again. The workers was nice and sweet and responded to everything we needed in a great timely manner.. great place to stay for family or couple.

Good location and a cozy hotel. We did get a second set of not-so-clean bed linen and towels. But overall, this did not spoil our vacation or the overall experience of the hotel and the location.

2/10 很差

不滿：整潔度、登記入住、聯絡溝通和房源資料準確度
Please be aware the property looks way better in pictured than in person. Unsafe and inappropriate security. Windows do not lock up the apt. anyone can push them in the gain access, stairs are slippery and not standard measurement, carrying luggage up and down is dangerous. Front gated do not close making the apartments accessible to intruders, inside the apartment is not laid out properly as well as not clean. Bathroom is dangerous and lacking safety in the tub area; Towels were plenty and clean though, kitchen is adequate but difficult to navigate. If you are a single male with low expectations this might work for you. I will not recommend it for older person or single women, much less for single mothers with small kids, stairs make it very dangerous. There is construction next to the apartments the noise begins at 5 am and goes on all day until 5 pm, road is muddy flooded and nasty. 15th ave entrance is blocked now too. Bottom line if you don't need to be in that location downtown do not book this property or anything in the 15 Ave and 8 st area it is a muddy mess.
