We were given a room that was already occupied by a guest so we walked in on him. Then later that night, a family was given our room and came in to our room. This is unacceptable. Front desk blamed the cleaning staff. I don’t think so … obviously the computerized system the front desk uses has flaws. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Great hotel with even better staff. Has all the amenities one would need. Breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed every morning, especially served with warm hospitality by Lesbia and Tabitha (I think that's her name, I called her Octavia...lol). The Wednesday evening social was a wonderful unexpected treat. Would definitely recommend!!!

We had a suite and it looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. The hallways were dirty and the staff was extremely rude. We found cockroaches in our room and the staff just wanted to spray, and then lied about spraying. The staff got mad at our families because we called them out about the dirty room and lying about spraying and kicked us out with our four kids. They even called the police and demanded we leave. We had to find another hotel at 9PM. We are having trouble getting a refund. I’m t was a horrible experience.

we got there at 3 told room was not ready they said they would call us sat in wendys parking lot for two hours went back to hotel and guy said he thought we were called

The pull out sofa was dirty, un made, and 2 inches thick. Pillows supplied by its no pillow cases. Asked front desk as he was trying to help he stopped helping me and preceded To help a male costumer that was behind me. The body soap was empty (didn’t notice till in shower). Only three towels for 4 guest, one hand towel. I could go on and on.

The suite was very nice. Check in was late —- we felt sorry for the desk clerks. The hotel was full the night before and check in was delayed by as much as 90 minutes. A lobby full of guest who could not get in their rooms. The staff handled as well as possible. Could have provided some up dates… maybe.

Pool area was dirty pool was never clean . wstched other parents refuse to let their kids get in it. rooms dated with lousy bathrooms that had dangerous fixtures that burnt you if you were not careful. food for breakfast was lousy. overall maintenance was really bad. the price was not representative of how bad this place was. rooms are nice size but…usually I sm not harsh but this place wss yucc

Our room had a cockroach. The pillows for the sofa looked really unclean. Thankfully we only needed to stay 1 night. The breakfast staff were really nice to my girls and provided them with bagels even after cleaning.

The rooms are in terrible shape. The carpet is filthy and torn, the bed sheets are thin, stained and don’t fit the mattress. I didn’t want to take my shoes off it was so gross and I definitely didn’t want my kids to touch anything. We had another stay booked there for later this month and we cancelled it and booked across the street because we were so disappointed there.

Our family of 8 stayed very comfortably in an 8-person suite. The separate 2 bedrooms and living area, as well as the kitchenette were all very beneficial for our group! And the kids enjoyed the pool, mini putt, and cornhole! And most especially that the hotel was walking distance to Bass Pro Shops. 😁 A great pre-cruise option.

We checked in at 12am. Our room had trash everywhere and all the beds were unmade. The guy at the front desk was super nice though and put us in another room. The next room was cleaner.

Upon arrival, our room was not ready for check-in until two hours after we got to the property. We also took a Lyft to the Publix market to purchase food in the meantime after having travelled all day and were tired.

mala atencion de la recepcion , siempre de mala gana, tambien anuncian que tienen opcion de contratar transporte a los cruceros y no te dan toda la informacion que necesitas, solamente nos apuntaron en la recepcion, pero nunca dijeron que habia que bajar temprano a pagar el servicio, que hay que decirlo no es del hotel, pero la gente de recepcion no te da toda la informacion correcta, y se vuelve una caos al dia siguiento porque hay cientos de personas trantando de transladarse, aparte el hotel es muy ruidoso, y las instalaciones muy deterioradas, y verdaderamente carisimo por una noche pague $400.00 dolares,

The hotel rooms are huge! The amenities are great and all of the staff was super friendly and helpful. If you don’t have a vehicle, it’s great for places to walk to such as gas stations and fast food.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, I had issues with the key card not working. It's located close to the air and ship ports, and they have a shuttle. Drivers are very nice.
