Good hotel overall, but the advertised restaurant was non-existent and there was no coffee at the "coffee bar" in the morning--at 7:30 anyhow.

The staff and pool area was great. The room was terrible! The door sticks so bad you can barely get it open. The toilet wouldn’t flush, had to have maintenance come fix it 1hr later he came, but by then I fixed it myself. After they fixed it it flushed about three times and now it’s not flushing again. The Wi-Fi is terrible as you can barely make it through 10 mins of a 30 min show without the TV freezing intermittently or for hours and you have to walk to the reception area to have maintenance reset the modem or whatever he did because there’s no phones in the rooms to call them. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have a phone in the room. There were fleas in the bathroom as well there were only three that I found but three too many! There is no food on sight at all, not even a bag of chips, nothing. The rooms were damp/musty as well as the beds. I do not recommend this hotel!

The room was clean, but it had an overpowering chemical cleaner odor. All furniture, except for the beds, were inexpensive Amazon units. The chair was fragile and prone to breaking, so we refrained from using it. The property provided a sense of safety. However, considering the price, I would prefer to stay elsewhere. The breakfast consisted of an unappetizing muffin and a green apple. Unfortunately, there was no water available; only bottled water was for purchase.

Room in this hotel was completely unfit for human occupancy and did not meet basic health, safety, or hospitality standards. Given that: -the room conditions were unsanitary and uninhabitable, -the room materially differed from the booking description, -the hotel failed to provide an equivalent replacement, and the hotel canceled the reservation.

I picked this “hotel” based on photos on Expedia.com. I think the photos are NOT representative of the typical room. Our room was old and shabby. It lacked any of the standard hotel/motel room amenities such as a phone, clock, chair, table, workspace, safe, unused electrical outlets for charging phones, etc. This place seemed to me to have once been a 1980s era motel. A 6’ wrought iron security fence was added and surrounds the building making me wonder about the safety of my car. Other than the security fence little seems to have been done since the 80s. All rooms are accessed from the outside of the building, just like most motels. Our room had 2 large windows that had chain driven shades without any curtains. I would never stay here again and I may not trust Expedia in the future.

Yes the room was neglected, the room needed major repairs the faucet had a humongous crack in it, the tub had a rust spot that was the size of a quarter and just as deep. When entering the room had such a strong cleaning smell that it should have been aired out, instant headache, and the husband said there was an awful smell by his bed when he was trying to sleep. When we headed down for the continental breakfast they should not be washing the floor as you are trying to eat should be done before guest arrive.

I've never had a worst experience in a hotel before, at my arriving, Hotols recepcionist just told me, your rooms were canceled becouse we over selled. It's important to say I payed the rooms more than one month ago. We slept in the car and now we have a several flu. I do not have the pay back. Also many families were canceled their rooms at the time when I was at the reception. Now you know how are doing your customer service. customer service.

Rooms are nice size - better if you get a king bed versus the 2 doubles. We only had 1 chair in our room for our small table, so wasn't helpful as there were 2 of us so we often ate at the pool. Staff are friendly. If arriving after hours (which we did), you can call security to meet you and check you in. Pool was nice to relax near, but music was turned up really loud every night around 8pm, so often took headphones to drown out some of the sound. Breakfast is small, but decent selection. Close to the beach, Publix, and a ton of shopping/restaurants. Also VERY close to the airport. Would definitely stay again - great price/value for money. Gated entrance to rooms.

Tv was ridiculous and had to log in to apps except that you can't if you don't have the version that allows you to log in anywhere. Then the tv would keep pausing no matter which app I used and couldn't keep watching. At one point it just stop playing. Very disappointing and frustrating. Could of used hand soap or body wash in both the shower and sink. Also the AC unit was pretty loud. Had to turn it on low just to quiet it a little. Other than that it was clean and towels were soft.
