In need of a revamp & a deep clean. Breakfast selection was average. Noisy hallways. Didn’t stay long enough to appreciate the facilities, including the pool.

We did not have enough pillows because they ran out of pillows. Worse they only had 2 towels for the four of us. Rust on the lights. Mold on the sink caulk. Simple things every hotel needs to get correct. Front desk said there was nothing they could do. They had now towels or pillows.

No customer care, terrible breakfast, No folks, no butter or mayonnaise. if you ask for something they don’t care. Two employees at the front desk talking between themselves without any concern about good service. My 1rs and las in la Quinta chain. The Wyndham last name is to big for them.

We had to wait over an hour for the hotel shuttle and then it was full and we almost were not able to get on the shuttle and our bags were all there. The pick up area at the airport needs some serious revamping so the shuttles can get through.

Property is located within walking distance to food options and staff is helpful with transportation when the shuttle available. It is a little further to the port and airport and the taxi was More expensive than precious trips. We had to be to the airport earlier than their shuttle ran.

They asked me for deposit money and now they say it takes 10 days to return it!! They should include that expense when you book… the pool and entrance areas smelled horrible like garbage, an unbearable smell… the people at the reception were very rude!!! The rooms were good and I liked the whirlpool tub… well, I think you get what you pay for… I won't go back

I booked the room with a king bed. I slept peacefully. The room was nice and clean. I am upset that i left my juice and soda lol of course my fault but i would definitely stay again if needed.

This property was somewhat clean, although there was mold in our shower. The elevator is very small, slow and sounds quite un mechanically well. The biggest problem was the Air conditioning in our room wasn’t working and there was nothing to be done for it, we also have yet to be reimbursed anything. This room was $236 for the night with no air condition. And supposedly there is never a manger on site or with the ability to return a phone call. Do not stay here!

It’s in a pretty remote area with limited options without a car. The building is older and is in need of some repairs and updating. The breakfast is limited and they ran out of plates and some of the offerings for most days. On the plus side, it has an airport shuttle and the hot tub and pool were good. It’s a low cost alternative to stay in the general area but expect a little less than average conditions.
