**Please note**: Before your booking begins, we allow you to purchase a damage waiver for a small fee. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Carpeted floors in some rooms may have stains that don’t come out. And we are working on replacing them as soon as possible.
Quiet time starts at 10pm out of respect for the neighbors as this is a quiet community – No parties or loud guests will be tolerated.
Check-in is 3pm and Check-out is 10am. You can self-check-in any time after 3pm with a code.
Pool heating:
The daily fee for using a heater for the heated pool is $50/day, please notify us before your arrival and we will turn on the heater before you arrive so the pool will be warm for you. We charge extra for pool heating because it cost a lot of electricity and some people choose not to use it.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.
Once in Pompano Beach, jump on the electric shuttle service by Circuit. When you are ready to be picked up, simply use the on-demand “Ride Circuit” App to request a pick-up, wave down the closest fleet driver or head to a shuttle stop within the service area.
Florida's Brightline train system makes it possible to travel from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and Miami without a car. Each ride takes about 30 minutes and departs daily every one to three hours, depending on the direction and time of day. Services are available every day from about 5:10 to 12:50 a.m. Basic seats cost $10 or $15 each.
You can see the city by boat with a fleet of water taxis that travel along the Intracoastal and downtown's New River, stopping at 14 points of interest in Fort Lauderdale and the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. You can hop on and off the boats all day, but the tickets are a bit pricey. Each costs $28 per adult and $14 per child.
If your destination is not near a waterway, Sun Trolley offers routes with stops downtown and along the beach, as well as on Las Olas Boulevard. All routes are free except for the Beach Link and Las Olas Link routes, which cost $1 per ride or $3 for a day pass.
Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.
