This place was a 3rd world hotel. I could not believe the condition of the place, the pictures you see are not real. We stayed one night to many. First we waited 1 1/2 hours for the guy at the desk to check us in. The check in line was a mile long, surely understaffed, ok I could deal with that. We were tempted to leave but we said ok one night how bad can it be. Well let me tell you it was HORIBLE. The hotel should be condemned. If you don't believe me take a trip and check it out yourselves. No amenities, not that I expected any, but the tv was half off the wall, the batteries were not in the remote, the garbage out was piled up so high. Lock on the door was broken, It was disgusting. If I can add pictures as proof we will and It was not cheap place. I slept wrapped in my clothing cocoon style because I did not want the sheets to touch my body. I just can't even describe it, I have never seen anything like it. I couldn't wait till morning just to get the heck out of there. As I was leaving people who also were leaving told us to stay away from this place, I knew exactly what they meant. The place is a dump and should be closed down. It is a total rip off.

This place is a dump! We encountered people doing drugs by our room, a pittbull blocking our exit. The tv was ripped off of the wall, the bed was broken, and the toilet was broke and our bathroom was flooded.

I would not recommend staying here at all. The pictures on the website are completely outdated and very misleading compared to what you actually get. When we arrived, our room was in terrible condition. We were given only one pillow and a flat sheet to sleep with. The first night, our room didn’t even have working air conditioning, which was unbearable in the hot Florida weather. The bathroom was just as bad—there was mold, the bathtub was dirty, and there wasn’t even a shower curtain. On top of that, the water seemed unsafe because we both developed rashes after showering. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom which heated the room up more. Safety was also a major concern. The door to our room wouldn’t lock properly, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe the entire stay. To make matters worse, the front desk employee, Nicole, was incredibly rude and disrespectful—not just to us, but to other guests as well. She was completely unhelpful when we tried to address these issues. We were eventually offered a 30% discount, but only after arguing for it—and we never actually received it. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

This place should be shut down. The door to the room wouldn't close, and there was a foul odor that gave me a runny nose. They moved me to another room, but it was the exact same situation; I was unable to sleep there.

My experience at Motel 6 Dania Beach was completely disappointing. From the moment we entered the room, we noticed a strong and unbearable smell of humidity that made the stay very uncomfortable. The overall condition of the room was very deteriorated. The bathroom bathtub was visibly stained and dirty, which is unacceptable. In general, the cleanliness was very poor, to the point that we had to use our own towels and bed sheets just to feel minimally comfortable. We also found that basic amenities were missing: there was no bath soap or toilet paper, so we had to go look for them ourselves. The TV remote control was never provided, and the room phone had no service, making it impossible to contact the front desk for assistance. The room had double beds, but one of them was missing pillows, which shows a complete lack of attention to basic details. Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel the reservation since we arrived after 5 pm and had no opportunity to find another place. Additionally, we had to wait a long time at the front desk because the room was not ready, even though we had reserved it several days in advance. Considering the cost of $127 for one night, the experience was simply pathetic and far below expectations. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

The beds where neat and clean, however, there was no soap or towels to take a shower. I had to go to the front desk for those. No cups to drink water with. There's trash everywhere on the property, yet no trashcan in my room. I'm not sure if they even have a cleaning service. Maybe it was just a hard Friday before we arrived?

Check in was horrendous. Waited in a line for 90minutes to check in, there was only one person working the counter and one in housekeeping getting rooms ready. A fught broke out in front of the building so the desk lady had to go outside and call the cops to deal with that while we were in line in the heat waiting to check in. The room had holes patched in the wall. I had to go ask for toilet paper and was told I had to wait a long time before I could get some. The toilet stopped flushing and noone wanted to come look at it.
