Helpful staff but motel in rough shape. Bathroom door frames rusted, table leg rusted, bathroom light was never fixed. No blanket or bedspread, just two sheets on bed. Bath towel too small. This place is a complete scam the pictures are all fake it smells like piss there is mold and cockroaches EVERYWHERE with GIANT HOLES IN THE WALLS and Expedia is COMPLICIT with the scam, outright refusing to refund us! Expedia will NOT protect you in anyway, makes me think they’re in on it since they get money from it too. Both PHYSICALLY dangerous because of the clientele and also dangerous for your health! This is not ‘minor mold’ this place should be condemned.

Arrived and there was a line up out the door of people, lost reservations, many complaints for , no toilet paper, dirty rooms, no soap, no bedding , people still waiting for their rooms to be cleaned even though it was 8pm at night. We decided to check in anyways because there was no other choice at this point. We got to our room and it was in very poor condition. We also had no blankets, 1 pillow per bed, and no toilet paper or soap. The room was basically falling apart, wood beds were rotted and breaking, holes in the walls, leaking sink, broken tv, broken lights, broken door that wouldnt even lock which made us feel unsafe. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

Nous avions pris la peine de réserver tôt le matin pour pouvoir profiter de notre journée. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au motel vers 22h30 la jeune fille à la réception nous a répondu qu'il ne restait plus de chambres avec 2 lits double! Malgré le fait que nous avions déjà payé et réservé! Quand je lui ai dit de nous fournir n'importe quel type de chambre elle m'a répondu que je devait passer le site où j'avais effectué ma réservation car elle n'était pas en mesure de faire la modification (ou elle ne voulait pas la faire!) Quand je lui ai dit que j'étais incapable de vous rejoindre pour régler ça, elle m'a annoncé qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres de toute façon!!! Aucun service, aucun désir de vouloir me donner du service. Nous avons donc payé pour une chambre dont nous n'avons pu profiter ET en plus nous avons dû en louer une autre ailleurs. Je demande donc à être remboursé dans les plus brefs délais. MERCI!

I liked everything about the hotel especially the area. What I didn't like was that the TV was not working and I didn't get a key for my room until after 11pm.
