Room was in need of a makeover and a good cleaning. The bathtub had black stuff all over it, and the toilet seat wasn’t even attached to the toilet. The room smelled terrible. When we checked in, the woman at the counter was on the phone with her son the whole time. There was garbage all around the bins outside the lobby. Cheap hotel stay but we definitely got what we paid for - glad it was only for a night.

Helpful staff but motel in rough shape. Bathroom door frames rusted, table leg rusted, bathroom light was never fixed. No blanket or bedspread, just two sheets on bed. Bath towel too small. This place is a complete scam the pictures are all fake it smells like piss there is mold and cockroaches EVERYWHERE with GIANT HOLES IN THE WALLS and Expedia is COMPLICIT with the scam, outright refusing to refund us! Expedia will NOT protect you in anyway, makes me think they’re in on it since they get money from it too. Both PHYSICALLY dangerous because of the clientele and also dangerous for your health! This is not ‘minor mold’ this place should be condemned.

Arrived and there was a line up out the door of people, lost reservations, many complaints for , no toilet paper, dirty rooms, no soap, no bedding , people still waiting for their rooms to be cleaned even though it was 8pm at night. We decided to check in anyways because there was no other choice at this point. We got to our room and it was in very poor condition. We also had no blankets, 1 pillow per bed, and no toilet paper or soap. The room was basically falling apart, wood beds were rotted and breaking, holes in the walls, leaking sink, broken tv, broken lights, broken door that wouldnt even lock which made us feel unsafe. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

Nous avions pris la peine de réserver tôt le matin pour pouvoir profiter de notre journée. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au motel vers 22h30 la jeune fille à la réception nous a répondu qu'il ne restait plus de chambres avec 2 lits double! Malgré le fait que nous avions déjà payé et réservé! Quand je lui ai dit de nous fournir n'importe quel type de chambre elle m'a répondu que je devait passer le site où j'avais effectué ma réservation car elle n'était pas en mesure de faire la modification (ou elle ne voulait pas la faire!) Quand je lui ai dit que j'étais incapable de vous rejoindre pour régler ça, elle m'a annoncé qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres de toute façon!!! Aucun service, aucun désir de vouloir me donner du service. Nous avons donc payé pour une chambre dont nous n'avons pu profiter ET en plus nous avons dû en louer une autre ailleurs. Je demande donc à être remboursé dans les plus brefs délais. MERCI!

This picture does not AT ALL represent what this room looks like...this motel needs to come off your website! first and then: no room key-the attendant had to walk us up to the room and then the first room we went to the lights didn't come on so then we went to the next room the following was a freak show the smell of mold? was horrible-my husband has bronchitis and it triggered a huge attack the tv didn't work the tub had a huge green stain in it the toilet didn't flush the lamp over the bed was falling off there were stains on the walls, the chair, the sink area the laminate on the table was completely off the table the mirror in the bedroom had all kinds of stuff on it the pool was emptied and had been for some time We were in room #220 We did not stay, who could, we did get refunded The check in girl was great-she was in a horrible situation and the manager was absent.
