Being located on the ground floor, there was no safety lock on the door & the electronic lock was a standard code, the only difference between our room & our friend's was the last digit - the room number. The reception desk woman was sarcastic and not friendly. We paid too much for this room; it was just alright,I will not return.

The room was spacious, nicely decorated. Loved the coffee in the room. The shower was good and bed was comfy. Really the only issue was the floors. They were not good to walk on with bare feet. They felt slippery and made the bottom of your feet black with dirt.

Our group was genuinely looking forward to our stay at the Nobleton Hotel, but unfortunately several issues made the experience far more stressful than it should have been. First, despite providing credit card information directly over the phone in advance, the hotel still billed our multi-room reservation incorrectly. This created unnecessary confusion and delays at check-in — exactly the kind of problem we were trying to avoid by calling ahead. We were also told we could store our luggage upon arrival. However, when we got there, no staff member was onsite to assist, and there was no secure place to leave our bags. After a day of travel, having no way to safely store luggage was frustrating and inconvenient. The most concerning issue was that one of our rooms had no heat. With evening temperatures dropping, part of our party had to scramble to book a room at a different hotel late at night. This is simply not acceptable for any property, regardless of size. Finally, the room door security was lacking and did not inspire confidence. For travelers, especially families or groups unfamiliar with the area, basic security is non-negotiable. We truly wanted to enjoy this stay, but these issues — billing errors, nonexistent luggage support, inadequate room conditions, and poor door security — made the experience disappointing and stressful. With better communication, onsite availability, and attention to safety and comfort, this could have been a much more positive visit.

Was a very dirty hotel. Windows looked like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. The floor was so dirty that after taking a shower and walking around the bed my feet were black. Went to check out and the lady was rude. Overall it needs some serious attention.

Never met any staff. Reception phone call away (useless when a call would cost me $$’s on a non-US phone). Got emailed code for room. No ceiling lights in room, so quite dark. Couldn’t get TV working over both days of our stay. Remote control and TV had power but ignored all attempts to turn on. More of a motel than a hotel. Room clean, but beds not made up during day nor towels changed. We’d have felt more comfortable if door to street from property were lockable. Expected a little more for $175 per night. It was ok overall for a short stay but we wouldn’t book again.

Le lit n était vraiment pas confortable, mqtelas deformé, donc 7 mauvaises nuits + climatisation murale tres bruyante. Il faut choisir: dormir ou avoir chaud ! . A noter que c est un hotel autonome aucun contact humain, personnel ne parle pas anglais et absent. Dommage car le reste était tres bien
