Paradise Suite

Enjoy a stay in a peaceful and quiet suite with a private and relaxing back yard. Also benefit from a private entrance. Microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker are available for your convenience. In short, four words to describe my place: Clean, Cozy, Quiet, and Very Private.
We are 3.5 miles from Las Olas Blvd, 5.8 miles from the beach, 4.7 miles from FLL Airport, 5.3 miles from Hard Rock Casino, less than a mile from the interstate I-95, and about 5 miles from Port Everglades.
The space
Enjoy a private suite with its own entrance. Cozy room with a queen sized bed, soap, shampoo, fresh sheets and towels to make your stay comfortable. Flat panel, 32in TV with Comcast cable. Also Wi-Fi is available. Perfect for couples’ getaways or business travelers. Self check keyless entry for easy access.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire place. It is all private, a very intimate place. The private patio is also for the guests to spend a restful, and personal time. In addition guest have access to free parking on premises.
Other things to note
For those who need to check-in late, they can check-in whenever they want since access is granted with a code.

Early check in is allowed only on weekends.

Relaxing and super clean

My husband and I were visiting Fort Lauderdale for 5 days and needed an inexpensive place to stay. It was such a relief to find that the glowing reviews for this property were very accurate. I have never stayed at such a clean, cute, and cozy place! AC worked quietly and well, bed was comfortable, decor was tasteful & simple and felt like home. Close to the airport,15 minutes to the beach. It’s a little place but was a perfect base for a busy week!

Fit the bill

We needed a quick stopover prior to a cruise and this was a perfect place for the one night stay close to the port. In the middle of a neighborhood in a fenced-in yard we found our quaint place. It was not big but was charming enough to fill all our needs. Thank you and we would use it in the future if the need arose.

Mary is a great host, responds very well, VRBO isn’t a great app for responding, but Mary makes sure she checks it to get any messages. It’s so clean, comfortable, even beach towels, they came in handy. Good coffee machine. I’m afraid I used all the pods. I will stay there again any time.

Perfectly met our needs

This rental was just right for what we needed! The lication was great - easy to get to the convention center and the beach. We were here for just two nights - much longer than that, I would miss having use of laundry facilities in the space but zero complaints overall. Clean, well-appointed, great host who was attentive and easy to communicate with!

Well maintained property

Lovely property, well kept. Mary was very helpful with information about places to eat, directions, etc. Very nice garden to enjoy with lounge chairs, little bench, table. Not a great location if you plan to go anywhere in Fort Lauderdale without a rental car--either about $20 in a cab or over an hour walking. However unless you spend a small fortune in hotel rooms, you are unlikely to be close to anything anyway. Mary offered to be our taxi service and took us to the cruise ship port for our cruise.

Ruhig und sauber.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, 10 km vom Strand entfernt. Das kleine "Cottage" befindet sich im Garten hinter dem Haus der Vermieterin. Man hat hinterm Cottage einen kleinen Platz mit 2 Sonnenliegen für sich, so dass man für sich (und die Familie der Vermieterin in ihrem eigenen Garten) genug Privatsphäre hat. Die Ferienwohnung war bei unserer Ankunft ausgesprochen sauber und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Man merkt, dass sich hier viel Mühe gegeben wurde. Es gab auch Strandstühle, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Wenn man im Vorfeld Fragen hatte, wurde sofort geantwortet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hätte also nicht besser sein können. Da die meisten Hotels in Amerika scheinbar Wände aus Pappmaché haben und man oft genug Ohrstöpsel braucht, würden wir diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, falls wir nochmal in diese Ecke Floridas kommen. Es war jedenfalls herrlich morgens mit Vogelgezwitscher aufzuwachen, statt die Stimmen seiner Zimmernachbarn zu hören.

Great for the occasion

We just needed a place to stay one night before embarking on our cruise. This place was easy to get to & easy to let ourselves in as we got there late in the evening. It’s slightly smaller than we imagined but we just needed a clean, comfy place to spend the night & a hot shower in the morning & this fit the bill.
