C’était notre premier séjour à Pompano et dans un hôtel de la chaîne Marriott. Étant donné que nous voyageons avec nos 2 chiens, nous avons choisi cet établissement puisque dans plusieurs des commentaires il était mentionné que l’hôtel était grandement pet Friendly et effectivement nous avons été agréablement surpris à ce sujet. Nous pouvions les amener avec nous autant à la piscine qu’à la plage ainsi que dans tous les airs communs. Tous les employés sont formidables et efficaces! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié avoir une laveuse et une sécheuse dans la chambre. Le seul point négatif que nous avons retenu de notre séjour est le tapis dans la chambre. Did have a hot tub and pool and in the beach. The elevators were constantly breaking which was not acceptable on a weekend especially we both have health issues and that was not acceptable to me. Also charged resort fees when they said it was in the price I already paid so the took them off however then took away the benefits of free bikes and $20 back daily if u charge to room for food ect at their restaurant which I had already did which had to go on my credit card I used for a deposit I could have just paid if they hadn’t told me that. Could not get anything back from Expedia either. Really not happy after this trip

The setup of the room was very neat and clean overall. My issue with the room was that there was NO hot water available in the tub area and there needs to be a wider shower curtain so that water does not get on the floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and the beautiful view near the restaurant by the beach.

During our family mini vacation we experienced the uncomfortable matter. On our stay two days in the roll Friday and Saturday the cleaning room service walked in our room well I was taking a shower. My husband was taking my 21-year-old shower and the other bathroom. My sister was sitting in the sofa and the cleaning lady came in his started changing making the beds and cleaning the room like nothing. It is a round 4:45 between the hours of four and five I asked her why she’s inside the room when we’re in the room and she says she had to clean the room because she goes home at a certain time. I was in naked in a towel, and my boy was naked in a towel with my husband. She kept cleaning like if we weren’t in the suite ST experience that I didn’t understand why we had the cleaning lady clean while we were in the room taking showers getting ready to go out to dinner never my entire life. I am 64 my husband 63. My sister is 56. My son is 21 with Disability autism non-thank God he did not understand there was someone in the room while he was getting dressed unbelievable and it was a stranger cause she doesn’t know my son we’re from New Jersey. That’s the only thing I didn’t like now the other one concern issue they cleaned the room I guess because we told the front desk they left the garbage in the kitchen two days. Of course I have to cook something for my son special diet. That’s the expanse other than that the pool, the service on the beach valet service was phenomenal!

The staff is great! The hotel itself has a lot of little things that need to be addressed. It looks like the repairs are half done. One of the main reasons I booked this was for the laundry in unit, but ours dryer didnt work.

"We had an excellent stay at your hotel, and we especially want to praise the outstanding and friendly staff. The breakfast personnel, in particular, was exceptional—remembering our names and making us feel welcome each morning with a pleasant and accommodating attitude. The food in the restaurant was also a highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals there. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. Our room was clean and tidy, and we were thrilled to have a small view of the ocean. Our only minor constructive feedback is regarding the service at the pool bar. While the area was not busy, we found ourselves needing to go to the bar area directly on a couple of occasions as servers walked past without acknowledging us. On one instance, an order was forgotten, which we had to ask for again. We understand that some issues can be seasonal, and it was certainly not the fault of the staff, but it's an area where service could be improved. Overall, we had a fantastic and memorable trip, thanks in large part to the hotel's amazing staff."

Third time we have stayed here. The service is impeccable. Especially Nicole at guest services and all the ladies in charge of breakfast each day. Only thing I would like to see done differently is for the pool and hot tub open later. Rooms are great. Beach is easily accessible and employees are warm and very friendly. Anytime your in Pompano Beach it's a must stay!

The pool area and beach area are rather small, but very nice. Still managed to have the feel of a resort. The staff was all very friendly and personable The only negative is that (and maybe this is on Expedia?) when I booked it made it look like there was a one time $35 resort fee, but that was applied every day, as well as $35 for parking every day. Expedia should have been more upfront showing the actual total for the whole day, including this daily $35 resort fee It is valet only. If you call down for your car ahead of time, the valet works pretty efficiently.

What a quaint upscale feel to a chain hotel experience. The beach view had a private beach entrance. Patio had a cool vibe. Staff was outstanding. The front desk was more than helpful and (Grandma) the breakfast lady had me feeling great every morning. You must check this place out
