The Luxury Davie Rancho is a wonderful villa in a magnificent Area of Davie, away from the noisy city and loud streets and cars, close to Hard Rock Casino, perfect for gatherings ( not parties) and for lovers of card games . Here are some details on this beautiful getaway:

Family reunions often have up to 4 generations of family, spanning from little babies to great grandparents. This home is comfortable for all age ranges!

THE KITCHEN:

40% of events held at this luxury villa are family reunions, and people love to cook up a storm. So, we make sure to have all the cooking basics you need to make a great meal!

Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest:

— “Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.

— Regular oven.

— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups and more.

— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.

— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 16 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).

— Coffee machine a kettle and toaster. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea on the large terrace (a family favorite).

— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap

— Includes a roll of paper towels, sponge and various other kitchen utensils.

We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 15 minutes for an Uber to show up).

Almost everything is within a short drive from us.

A few minutes to local dining, groceries, and retail (Grocery Store, Liquor Store).

This Villa is in a nice area close to the Famous Hard Rock Hotel and also to Airport. The Villa is great for Families , business trips or Vacations.

If city authorities visit, contact us immediately. Breaking rules may result in eviction if police are called.



Once a month, a gardening company maintains the backyard.



Maintenance promptly fixes any issues within 24 hours.



On garbage removal days, place the container outside as indicated.



Please take responsibility for parcels ordered. We cannot store or ship items.
