Beautiful decor and extremely customer service focused staff. There were two issues that I believe Expedia should be more precise. Although your site stated that full breakfast could be added at an additional charge of $23, the hotel only provided an $18 allowance off the full breakfast. In addition, when checking my bill, there was duplicate they were duplicate charges for destination fees. Once this was brought to the attention of the reservation person, the duplicate charge was removed. Overall it is a beautiful place. Very close to Las Olas Blvd. With a great number of restaurants and bars.

The hotel was clean and modern. Many pilots stay there and its probably because its so close to the airport and has so many dining options within the hotel. I will definitely be staying there again, the staff is very helpful and friendly.
