We are renovating our entire hotel and there is construction as mentioned on the websites. This was Ultra Music Festival weekend. The guests this weekend were diversified but we were.not aware of a."bunch of homless". Expedia and it's affiliates do not have photos posted by the hotel of the swimming pool. Those photos were removed 1 year ago because our pool and pool deck are under construction. We hope to have the pool and deck area completed by September 2024. We do not condone drug use and noise that disturbs guests at night. Had you have called the front desk to inform them, we would have had security address the issue immediately.
