1) As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 25 years or older
- The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email a photo of their driver license or passport
2) Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per county requirements
- The responsible party will complete and sign a rental agreement
3) No special events or parties are allowed without prior consent
4) No pets are allowed
5) No smoking
6) No shoes inside the house
7) Outside quiet hours are from 10 PM- 7 AM. Please keep the neighborhood peaceful for everyone.

**EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $50 plus tax for each**
