  • Waterfront Intracoastal Semi-Detached Family Home, pool, walk to the beach and downtown Lauderdale by the Sea.

    Florida is an excellent rental for families or larger groups. Three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, a large living room, a kids' billiard table, laundry, a pool area with a Tiki Hub, a BBQ grill, plenty of lounge chairs, and an outdoor table on the waterway. It is a quiet family neighborhood, centrally located two blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the entertainment area of Lauderdale by the Sea—twenty minutes from the airport. Getting to golf, fishing, shopping, casinos, and nightlife is easy.
    Enjoy Real Florida living. Please let us know what you need to make your vacation all you want.

    These are the initial products we supply:
    Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one liquid soap.
    Kitchen: 1 paper towel, a few trash bags, 1 sponge, and 1 liquid dish soap.

    The pool measures 30 feet long and 15 feet wide. Salt Water.

    The dock is rentable only if you rent the whole cottage, and a fee will be applied

    Receipt of your signed rental agreement and a copy of your Adult ID or Passport are required before your arrival.

    On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

    We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children.

Sabrina was awesome with her communication when needed!The property was exactly as advertised!I can't say enough about the hospitality that was shown to us, they were so awesome to work with, when it comes to any questions that we had. My family and I will definitely look to them in our future stays in the Ft Lauderdale area, and even consider their other Florida property's if we decide to go somewhere else in Florida.Great people for renting vacation rentals!

Everything was awesome. This house is in a great location and you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. We loved having the dock and the pool was nice and warm. The house was equipped with everything we needed!! Communication was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Extremely basic. Plan to bring your own shower gel, dishwasher pods, and you are allotted 2 rolls of tp. If you ask that we run the dishwasher, at least provide soap! The furniture and decor is from a 90s thrift store. Host is abrasive and unaccommodating. The pool was dirty from the time we checked in until we left. And the rusty tool on the picnic table was not left by us! If the price had been At least reasonable, we would have less to complain about. But at this price, we felt at least basics should be provided.

Great family rental

Our family loved staying at this rental. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The backyard pool was great and the location was perfect, a short walk to the beach.

We absolutely loved the home! It is exactly as advertised. There were no issues the entire time we were there. The hosts provide everything you need to cook, go to the beach, and feel like you're at home. We spent so many hours relaxing in the pool, surrounded by palm trees, living our best life. We also loved the outdoor dining area and the tiki hut. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes, made much easier by the wagon they have to transport everything. It is about a 7 minute walk to Lauderdale by the Sea. There are many bars and restaurants there, as well as our favorite coffee shop in the world, Crema. There is no need for a rental car, as UBER will show up within 5 minutes of requesting a ride. It is quieter than the rest of Fort Laudedale, situated in a nice area. The owners have all the TV apps like Netflix ready to use. We couldn't have enjoyed this place more. It was very hard to leave! Sabrina is a sweetheart and will do anything she can to make sure you are happy during your stay.

My family and I had an awesome vacation , the property was very clean and location was key ! U can walk to Lauderdale by the sea beach and restaurants and bars ! The pictures posted are exactly what u expected and sabrina was very helpful and always responded ! We would definitely rent this property again !

Great house

This is a older house close to the beach. It's not perfect but a great location within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to shops. Outside is great, very nice big pool and enough chairs. Owners are very helpful with the booking prices.

Excellent location!!

This is an excellent location, close to the beach as well as the Lauderdale-by-the-sea area. We flew in and didn't bring much. This house includes extras like a private pool, dock, grill and beach items. The whole atmosphere is relaxing. I would recommend staying here.

Clean place in a great location, but very hot when temps were only mid to upper 80's.More standing oscillating fans would help, and ceiling fans in front bedrooms are small and move too slow to cool the rooms down
