If you are a river or rail fan, this beautiful, modern studio apartment is the right choice for you. With four large windows that over look the Depot and Mississippi River is the ideal spot to enjoy the four seasons that SE Iowa has to offer. This true studio apartment has a queen size Murphy bed, large walk-in shower and in unit laundry. Perfect for short or extended stays. This unique space is located on the second floor of a historic building so please ask mobility related questions. Clean and comfortable, you will enjoy your stay .

A great railfan place to stay

Wonderful property to stay and spend our weekend. The view of the river and rails were amazing and just what we wanted. Many sweet little surprises supplied to make the stay extra pleasant. Ear plugs, a bathroom kit, cards, laundry basket, extra linens and a list of restaurants/grocery stores. A beautiful apartment, easy parking, a definate place to stay again.
