Easy check in and correspondence but not much communication with reception after. Don't expect hotel style front desk. Marina 5 minute drive away with nice restaurant and breakfast spot. 」

「The Calabash is a beautiful resort with large, comfortable rooms and a great location. But what really makes it stand out is the quality of its staff. From Reception to the Spa to the beach staff, nothing was too much trouble. They were efficient, friendly and helpful. It was our first time staying at the Calabash but it won't be the last. 」

「This property had some of the best views I have seen. Rooms were clean, staff was very kind and accommodating. The restaurant was very good, go with an appetite and comfortable shoes as the walk is steep but fairly short. 」

「The property is beautiful and very spacious. Their staff is great and they offer dining on site. On the other hand, if you have problems with stairs do not book this property. There are numerous stairs getting to the individual villas. Another drawback is the road leading to the resort is in very poor condition.」

The Grind is a great coffee and pastry shop within a 5 minute walk. The staff was very helpful. We would come back and recommend it to others. 」

「Blue Horizons Garden Resort is a lovely, eco-friendly establishment. It's just far enough away from everything to feel secluded and private but still a close walk to the beach and the grounds are amazing! As vegetarians, we found the dining options to be very limited in the area which was disappointing and challenging. Resort staff were very helpful and gracious, although the restaurant staff bring the concept of "island time" to a whole new level. Overall we were very happy with our stay here...

「As a Business Traveler a Hotel isnt always my first preference. I really enjoyed the nostalgia of being home and the easy accessibility of everything from the location of Bougainvilla. Apart from being in a quiet location, the apartment itself is very quiet and every unit has a private entrance and balcony. I enjoyed the a/c units in every room. The apartment is definitely a place I will stay at again without hesitation. Thanks for the hospitality and did I forget to mention that the...

「The location was perfect- centered directly on the beach with a great dive shop (Eco Dive) on the premises. The beach was great here, and the pool was nice too. You can walk along the beach and find quite a bit of restaurants as well. Lastly, there is a grocery store right across the street which is very convenient. The only downside was that loud music played until 1am every night. I was still able to sleep but for how peaceful the hotel was during the day, this was quite frustrating. 」
