Buyer beware!!! We did not receive the room for which we paid and the front desk could not give us what was unavailable. Needless to say, we cancelled the proceeding night. However, our steep "incidental" charge was not refunded. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable. Don't plan on taking a hot shower at this establishment as the water will not get hot hot. Lastly, you'll get a better breakfast at the gas station. We will not be lodging here again.

Overall we did not have a great experience at this hotel. We arrived late and stood at the front desk for 10 mins waiting for a person to show up. The room was mostly clean. We liked the controls from the shower being on the end wall where you didn’t have to reach in and get wet to turn the shower on. Kitchenette was clean and well stocked. The bedding smelled sour like it sat in a washer too long or wasn’t properly dried. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. We usually like Marriott brands because the beds are consistently comfortable. That was not the case here. It also turned out that our room was directly over a meeting room on the lower level and there was a party with loud music that lasted past midnight and then heard the thud of clean up until about 1am. Had to be up at 6am for an event and not get much sleep. We grabbed breakfast quickly as we left. Took a bite of English muffin that was moldy, and lost my appetite. Maybe it was just a series of unfortunate events and not the norm but I definitely won’t be back. Lesson learned for future stays anywhere: I’ll ask if there are meeting rooms and asked to be placed as far away as possible.

Lights did not work, coffee pot missing parts, microwave missing glass tray, ashes and some kind of smoking paraphernalia in bedroom top draw TV was disconnected.

We’ve stayed at TownPlace suites many times!! It’s a nice place!! Very clean, the staff was very friendly and accomadating and the breakfast was pretty good!! It’s located near a lot of shops and restaurants!! We’ll be staying there again!!

Well kept hotel. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Was disappointed the room photos show an oven but only had a counter top range.

Everything was just ok. There was a horrible smell in the hallways and lobby. Luckily it was not in the room. When we asked for towels, they were out and when we asked to use the fire pit we were told it was broken.

The room and bathroom were a nice size and very clean. We liked that the room had a kitchenette too. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, two main lights did not work. (The main over head light in the kitchen and the light over the table.) Also, the screws were stripped on the door safety latch. We informed the front desk and told someone would come to fix everything, but no repairs were made. Suggestion: a safety bar for elderly should be added closer to the shower head. Also, slip prevention treads in shower would be helpful. Over all, our two night stay was enjoyable and good. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Expedia tried to cancel our reservations thru the hotel. It resulted in check-in taking a very long time. I got an email and a call from Expedia, trying to tell us the hotel didn’t have a room for us. Obviously this was inaccurate. I won’t be using Expedia again for any reservations.

So first let me say that this property’s location is awesome. Just around the corner from new restaurants, movie theater and shopping. It was in a really nice, convenient area. The property itself is nice and modern, but the room cleanliness was very disappointing. I found two pubic hairs in the shower, and they were very noticeable, right where your step in, so I don’t know how housekeeping missed. Pubic hair on the toilet, and the light bulb in the restroom was caked in dust. I went down to the front desk to tell them the body wash pump in the shower was empty and they said they’d send someone up to refill it…they never arrived. And to top it off, one of my pillows smelled like a men’s cologne. I feel like this is one of those rooms where you could place a hidden camera and see how all of a job housekeeping does….

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights . Great location and the rooms were very nice , clean and well kept. Amnesties at hotel were really nice too. Breakfast and gym really made it nice.
