「New hotel, beautiful 」

「Cheap everything in kitchen, furniture, dirty carpets, no housekeeping, had to buy TPaper. Maintenance was who we to for help. Hot tub was green. Rude 1 front desk person who never could help with anything. 🙁. No beach was available, busy restaurant next door with carts bringing supplies back and forth late into evening and early early morning. 😞」

「The resort and location are nice. The room was a condo being managed by the resort, and we had issues with the room.  The bed was so bad that I needed to sleep on the couch.  The TV only offered four English stations.  The refigure door would not remain closed.  Very little shower water pressure.  It is possible that other rooms are better and don't have these issues, but I will not rebook.  」

「We loved our stay at Gull Wing as a family of 5. Choosing between the beach and the pool was the hardest part of our day! The room was huge and we loved being able to cook for ourselves throughout the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Laundry soap and dishwashing detergent was provided after we ran out and everything was just wonderful. We would absolutely go back. 」
