Family getaway during 4th of July
My wife, our teenage son and I stayed during the week of July 4th. Check-in process went very well because the property manager provides you with all the instructions well beforehand, including condo and city rules. The condo is located across the street from the beach and was very clean and well-kept. The condo has all the amenities needed to feel like you are at home. The condo is located on the south end of the island, which we found to be much more quiet and less crowded than the north end, but is close to restaurants, movie theater, CVS and Publix grocery store. There is a private access to the beach and you are very close to Lovers Key State park and Bonita Beach Dog Park. We were very happy to have a washer and dryer located in the unit so we were able to pack less clothing.
While we were on vacation, the area was hit by a tropical storm that became a category 1 hurricane (our first hurricane). The property manager contacted us before the storm hit and was very helpful with any questions we had. They helped us prepare for the storm and made sure we were informed local warnings and the weather alerts.
